Prize Draw Terms & Conditions
The prize draw is promoted by Go2Africa (Pty) Ltd, Go2Africa House, 12A Portswood Road, V&A Waterfront, 8001, Cape Town, South Africa.
By subscribing, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you have any questions, please contact [email protected].
Entrants must be 18 years or older, and only one entry per email address is permitted. To enter the prize draw, you must successfully subscribe to Go2Africa’s weekly newsletter. No purchase is necessary.
The closing date of the prize draw is 23:59 on 15 June 2023. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
The winner will receive 1,000 USD travel credit to use when booking a trip with Go2Africa by 31 May 2025. To qualify for the credit, travel must be booked through Go2Africa with a minimum spend of 15,000 USD. Travel credit may only be applied to land-based services.
Go2Africa accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize (including, without limitation, travel to and from Africa).
The Draw
A winner will be chosen by random draw within one month of the prize draw ending.
The winner will receive details of the prize by email (using details provided at entry). If a winner does not respond to Go2Africa within 14 days of being notified, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Go2Africa will be entitled to select another winner.
The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
Go2Africa accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the prize draw or accepting the prize.
Go2Africa reserves the right to modify or discontinue this prize draw due to reasons outside its control.
All entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
