You will be met on arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport and transferred by road to Arusha Coffee Lodge. This peaceful lodge is set amid the lush vegetation of a coffee plantation, looking towards beautiful Mount Meru. Freshen up in your cottage before stretching your legs a stroll around the gardens to acclimatise to Africa. Take a stroll through the plantations, visit the markets of nearby Arusha, or simply relax in the poolside gardens with a chilled drink. On cool winter evenings, get cosy next to a fireplace and sip one of the best coffees you will ever taste.

After breakfast, enjoy on an optional tour of the Bean-to-Cup Coffee Estate followed by an alfresco lunch and road transfer to Arusha Airport for your short flight to Tarangire National Park. A short game drive takes you into Tarangire Treetops reserve to your accommodation for the next two nights at Tarangire Tree House. Explore this crowd-free big game reserve on guided game drives and nature walks, visit an authentic Maasai village, and enjoy a thrilling night game drive after sundowners on scenic Sunset Hill. The reserve is home to many species including buffalo, lion, cheetah, leopard and elephant.

After an early breakfast, a game drive takes you through Tarangire National Park. The species you might see include large herds of elephant and buffalo, zebra, wildebeest, giraffe and oryx, as well as top predators like lion, cheetah and leopard. After a picnic lunch, you will catch a scenic flight to Lake Manyara, where you head to The Manor at Ngorongoro via a fascinating visit to an authentic African market in the small town of Karatu. You will reach The Manor in time for a delicious high tea and some relaxation time in your private cottage. After breakfast the following day, you will set out to explore the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater. There is so much to see here that you will spend the day on the crater plains, stopping for a picnic lunch before heading back to The Manor in the late afternoon.

Choose your morning activity from a broad menu that includes visiting Lake Manyara National Park, horse riding, cycling, a walking tour of The Manoru2019s estate or a spa treatment. After lunch, you will fly to the Serengeti and your home for the night, Serengeti Migration Camp. Spend your days exploring the rolling grasslands, seeking out the Big 5 and other abundant wildlife, returning to camp each evening in time to salute the setting sun over cocktails.

A game drive delivers you to Arusha airstrip for your onward flight to Zanzibar Island. Your home for the next four nights is Kilindi, a boutique hotel with a unique architectural style and an utterly tranquil atmosphere.
