Cape Grace
The Cape Grace is located at Cape Town’s vibrant and bustling Victoria & Alfred Waterfront. Built on one of the old quays, this red-brick building with its simple and demur exterior has become something of a local landmark. The hotel's dĆ©cor is an innovative blend of historic and contemporary, mixing custom-made metal, glass and leather pieces with hand-painted fabrics and museum-quality antiques to create a look that is entirely its own.
Being at the heart of the V&A Waterfront and close to the city centre, The Cape Grace is in a prime position for those wanting to explore Cape Town. Elegant and luxurious, the hotel is ideal for those seeking fine Cape Town accommodation but The Cape Grace is also a great choice for families: children are greeted with a Cape Grace welcome pack and special bedtime story sessions are offered in the library.

The Cape Grace was wonderful. So glad we chose to stay there. It was the perfect location.
Located at the iconic V&A Waterfront, this hotel is a superb base from which to explore the city. Its location allows for gorgeous views from the main areas and rooms of either Table Mountain or Cape Town harbour.
The Cape Grace makes one feel special as soon as they walk into the hotel, with their personalised approach. The hotel isn’t as spacious as one would expect it to be, however incorporates Cape Town’s history throughout the hotel with each floor representing different events in time. I find the hotel is best suited for older couples and people celebrating their anniversary, however it does offer many kiddies activities for families. The fourth floor is perfect for couples as it is not open to children. Something that stood out to me was the complementary wine tasting available to guests and have a whisky tasting on offer in the Bascule Bar.

The Cape Grace Hotel was top-notch. They made us feel so welcomed each and every day. Called us by name, always interested in what our plans were and then wanted to hear about them.
