Chumbe Island ecolodges are actually a great experience and the environment (coral reef, beaches with dramatic changes in low and high tide, mangrove forest) is very well preserved ; and getting to know that part of our money spent there is used to allow local students and teachers to learn what conservation of coral reef really means is part of this experience. Only one remark about food: quality was not so bad, quantity has to be improved.

I cannot stop talking about Chumbe Island. What an experience! We saw so many things in the reef walk and the snorkelling was quite good. We loved the eco bungalows and again, the food was great.
