The 600 square kilometre (231 square mile) Etosha Heights Reserve offers a unique sense of tranquillity, with untouched landscapes and bountiful wildlife. Dotted with mopane woodland, riverine forest and waterholes, the savannah attracts animals from far and wide.

Enjoy early morning and afternoon game drives in the reserve, tracking endangered black and white rhino, and searching for elusive desert species like Hartmann's zebra. Return to Safari House for a dip in the pool and a sundowner on the wrap-around veranda before heading out for a night drive to explore the magic of the Namibian bush after dark. Or spend the afternoon watching out for elephant in the double-tiered photography hide set beside one of Etosha's famous waterholes.

Safari House sleeps six guests in three en suite bedrooms. A private entrance leads into a spacious air-conditioned bedroom with a comfortable bed. The generously sized en suites feature a shower and bath for winding down after a day in Etosha Heights Reserve. The house is available on an exclusive use basis, making it perfect for families and groups of friends.

General Facilities

A fully renovated Namibian farmhouse, Safari House has a spacious main area. Enjoy a meal cooked up by the private chef in the fully equipped kitchen in the indoor dining area. Or request a braai and get a taste of the uniquely delicious flavour of meat cooked over the open flame. The outdoor veranda and swimming pool are the perfect place to while away an afternoon. As an added bonus, guests may also use the swimming pool and dine at the nearby Safarihoek Lodge.

With a fully equipped kitchen and braai facilities, guests at Safari House can indulge in wholesome and hearty meals created by the house's private chef indoors or out.
