Overview of Serengeti Safari Camp

Tanzania, Serengeti

Tanzania plays host to one of the largest wildlife migrations on the planet, the Great Migration. As the seasons change, wildebeest and zebras, in their thunderous herds, trek from the drier central regions in search of vital water sources and greener pastures in the north. Serengeti National Park is considered the home of the Great Migration and is famous for dramatic sightings as they make their way through the unending savannah plains.

Serengeti Safari Camp, with its canvas-chic lodgings, welcomes the freedom of camping in the wilderness without sacrificing the luxury of safari excellence. As a family-friendly accommodation, it invites little ones (aged 8 and over) to experience the joy of exploring vast grasslands while spotting creatures—both big and small.

Throughout the year, the camp migrates to different corners of the park in search of popular wildlife spots. This creates a unique wildlife experience that'll bring you closer to sightings of elephants and wild cats. A truly nomadic experience, no two holidays are ever the same, as curated game drives and walking safaris change with the seasons and the camp's location.

Nomad Serengeti was very nice, the setup had all the basics, and they took us on game drives where we almost never saw another vehicle.

The perfect option for an exclusive stay in the middle of the bush. If you don't mind safari-style bucket showers & the aim is to get as close as possible to the famous wildebeest migration, then this camp is for you.
