    This is a great option for lower budget clients with kids who wish to be based within the V&A Waterfront. Inter-leading rooms are available and you are within safe walking distance of the Waterfront.

    The hotel was extremely accommodating, and I don't know if we booked this or they upgraded us, but we had a very nicely decorated Honeymoon Suite there and it was a special touch!! We truly had the best time and are re-living the adventure through stories and photos daily.

    I liked the Commodore Hotel. The breakfasts as advertised were very good and the staff were very helpful throughout our stay. It was as you know so convenient for access to the waterfront and other things we wanted to do.

    My parents were very very happy and satisfied by the trip. They were no delays in picking up or informing the guests what was planned for the next day. Everything was extremely professional. The hotels they stayed at were also very very good. Basically it was hassle free for them which I was hoping for because this is the first time they were in SA and couldn’t have managed on their own. They had a great time.

    The Commodore was great. Service levels were as good as or better than what we experienced at Table Bay. Very good buffet breakfast provided as part of the room rate. Room was comfortable, and all hotel services worked well. This hotel offers great value and is now our Cape Town hotel of choice!

    The Commodore Hotel near the Waterfront in Cape Town was ideal for exploring the area. Right pricing, wonderful breakfast, friendly and professional staff. We really appreciated the ability to walk around the Waterfront area and even walked one morning into town although the roads are not that suitable for doing so given the traffic.

    Commodore is excellent location next to Waterfront and they have an excellent concierge at the hotel. I would probabaly visit the hotel just because of him. It’s apparently peak season and Robben Island was fully booked from Xmas till 05.01. He managed to get 2 tickets and a babysitter.
