The Residence consists of 66 luxuriously appointed villas, all of which are furnished with contemporary pieces that reflect the African and Omani cultures. Each villa has its own private deck with a plunge pool and lounging area where you can enjoy the spectacular views.
The Luxury Pool Villas have a separate, stylish bedroom with king-sized bed, and an en suite bathroom featuring a stand-alone bath, shower, and additional outdoor garden shower. The living room boasts satellite television and a DVD player, a mini bar, personal safe, ceiling fans, and wireless internet access. French doors open up onto the private deck with its plunge pool, wicker chairs, and day beds. Each villa also has bicycles which you can use to explore and make your way around the grounds.
The Prestige Ocean Front Pool Villas feature all the amenities and luxuries of the Luxury Villas, but are situated directly on the ocean's edge, offering truly breathtaking views of the ocean from every room. The view from the bath is especially magnificent and the villa also boasts a private outdoor shower garden, deck, and pool.
The Presidential Pool Villa offers the ultimate in luxury holiday living, overlooking the beach and ocean. The oversized living space has a separate dining room and lounge area, and the expansive deck features day beds and comfortable couches. Both the master bedroom and second junior suite feature spacious en suite bathrooms, both with additional outdoor shower in a quiet, garden area.
The Dining Room bar can be found adjacent to the swimming pool and offers the ideal place from which to watch the sunset while sipping on your favourite refreshments or some new and interesting cocktails. The Spa embodies the idea of tranquil relaxation, with separate treatment pods that blend perfectly with the tranquil gardens in which they’re located. Rejuvenate your senses with a wide range of high quality, professional treatments, a zen garden, and rest area with a smaller, crystal clear swimming pool.
The main swimming pool has one, large glass wall and overlooks the ocean, creating the most beautiful area in which to relax, cool off or soak up the sun. The air-conditioned fitness centre and flood-lit tennis courts offer a wonderful place to get the heart rate going. The Kids Club is situated in the spacious, air-conditioned club house and the multi-lingual, professional care takers will teach the children Swahili phrases, play volleyball, and hide and seek. A babysitting service is also available if mom and dad want to enjoy a romantic dinner for two.

The Dining Room is centrally located in the hotel and offer beautiful views of the beach and ocean. Visit this relaxed, yet sophisticated, meeting place for delicious breakfasts and light lunches, and in the evening, you can enjoy a celebration of Zanzibari cuisine. Featuring dishes created from fresh, locally sourced ingredients, dinner offers a fusion of international flavours and spicy, local dishes.
The Pavilion is situated within the gardens and offers the best cuisine from the Middle East and the Mediterranean. Here you’ll find a modern setting, but with Shisha pipes and traditional music to add a local flair. If you’re having too much fun to stop for lunch, a basket filled with salads, seafood, pasta and fritters is the ideal lunch to enjoy on the beach or beside the pool. For a romantic, lamp-lit experience, a private dinner can be prepared and served for you in your villas, or outside on the deck.
