No beach holiday is complete without taking full advantage of having the ocean on your doorstep. Diving The Crab, a world-renowned PADI center, offers snorkelling and diving expeditions in the shallow coral reefs, as well as Catamaran sailing to get a pleasant view of the sunset. Glass-bottom boat excursions provide an alternative perspective on viewing the sea life, while kayaking through the ocean waves are a fun way to inspect the island's mangroves.

The main building boasts magnificent views of the surrounding lush greenery. Thatched roof, hut-like architecture and a mix of African- and island-style décor form a haven for guests to swap stories over a drink at the main bar. A little way away lies the Galana pool bar, settled near the standard rooms area. Exuding a tranquil island vibe and sporting stunning views of the swaying ocean, it's the ideal place to enjoy a sundowner, espresso or soft drink while lounging poolside.
