The lavish villas at White Sand comprise two units – one houses the bedroom and bathroom while the other includes the kitchen, dining room and living area. They are connected by a terraced garden and sparkling plunge pool overlooking the pristine white-sand beach of Paje. On site is one of the most advanced centres for kite surfing in Zanzibar. Other facilities include a beauty spa offering plenty of recipes for self-indulgence and a fine-dining restaurant.

Conveniently located just 40km from Stone Town, you have access to everything from fishing trips and spice tours to swimming with dolphins, that is if you can ever bring yourself to leave your lap of seaside luxury in Paje.

Deluxe Room with jacuzzi

The beautiful 55 square metre en-suite room is located within the Presidential Villa. The room shares villa entrance, garden ground, hot tub and living room with three other rooms. It has a private bathroom with rainshower, two sinks, desk, mini-bar, wardrobe and terrace or balcony. Located on the either the ground floor or top floor of the villa, the Deluxe rooms comfortably host two adults.

Beachfront One-bedroom Villa

The Beachfront One-bedroom villa is designed as two buildings connected by a wooden pathway and terrace. One building is the en-suite bedroom with king size bed, a bathroom with an indoor rainshower, two sinks, wardrobe and separate toilets. The villa includes: a living room unit with high ceiling and seating area, a large terrace, private pool, lounge chairs, and an external bathroom with outdoor shower and bathtub. The villa is surrounded by lush gardens and is placed on the beachfront, with a direct beach access. The villa is serviced by a butler.

General Facilities

The natural elements found at Paje – a consistent side-onshore wind, shallow lagoon with sandy floor and a reef which offers protection from the waves – create some of the most favourable conditions of kite surfing to be found anywhere in the world. The kite-surfing centre provides instructors and all the necessary equipment for the sport during your stay.

Tall cocktails are served all day at the chic beach bar or rooftop lounge with the property's most commanding sea-and-sand views. Aside from your villa's private plunge pool, there is also a large communal pool for guests surrounded by comfortable sun loungers. Set in lush tropical gardens, the beauty spa is equipped with massage rooms as well as a sauna and steam room. Complimentary Wi-Fi Internet access is available in all areas.
