Tent

The spacious chalets have wooden structures and canvas blinds, allowing for the ambience of a tented camp. Rolling up the blinds completely, you'll enjoy incredible views of your surroundings and feel like you're sleeping out in the desert. Be sure to take warm clothes in winter!

While inside each chalet, you'll find crisp white sheets, warm down duvets, and an en suite bathroom with solar-heated hot showers. Walk out onto your private veranda to watch as the desert comes to life in the morning or admire the magnificent star-lit sky in the evening.

Family Tent

The Family Tent is a private suite featuring two en-suite bedrooms connected by a spacious shared living area, complete with a lounge, dining room, and a private deck with a plunge pool. It also includes an additional sala with twin beds, perfect for two children. This setup is ideal for two couples or a family seeking both privacy and comfort.

General Facilities

You’ll find two lounges and several sundowner decks around the grounds, creating places in which to relax and admire these pristine surroundings.

Enjoy a glass of red wine or a warm mug of coffee around the fireplace to end each day off perfectly.

The swimming pool is raised on a wooden deck and offers a wonderful place to cool off after a day of desert exploring.

Wolwedans Dune Camp has two dining rooms in which you can enjoy your meals. Meals are prepared by the talented chefs and feature only the freshest, organic produce.

Enjoy breakfast out in the open, with the sight of the morning light illuminating the dunes. After your morning's activity, return for a delicious, refreshing lunch before setting out again.

The evening meal features elegant table settings and a more lavish meal, whilst still retaining the unpretentious nature of Wolwedans.

    Wolwedans Dune Suite is great, your idea was genius! To have the suite, a guide and a cooker just for us was the best. We will recommend this lodge to our friends! The guide was very experienced, he arranged for us a scenic flight without any problems. During our scenic drive, we were lucky to see 5 cheetas hunting. Wonderful!

    This was certainly the classiest of tented environments and in a wonderful location. It had great, attentive staff. Our guide John provided wonderful incites into Namibia and we saw stunning views of the red sand dunes.

    Although the average age of guests was a bit higher than expected, an experience to never forget. We will for sure come back here and stay a bit longer. We had the best ranger ever. His name was Murphys, nick name Himba man. We learned a great deal about the desert and had a great time there.
