Born on the South Coast of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa, I went on to live in Durban, Johannesburg and now Cape Town – exposing me, daily, to the richness, beauty and diversity of Africa!
I was introduced to the world of travel at a young age, as my mother has been working in the industry for decades now. Coupled with my passion for experiencing new people and places, this led me to pursue a career in travel. My second job after university was as an Africa Safari Expert at Go2Africa – where I still happily reside today!
Sundowner of Choice
There’s no better welcome to the bush than an Inverroche Gin with pink tonic, topped with a slice of lime or grapefruit!
Never Goes on Safari Without
My veldskoene (or "vellies") – South African ankle-length leather boots. Not only are they great for nature walks, but they really complete the safari look!
One trip will never be enough! There’s no such thing as too many safaris!
Rooms 1 and 9 at Lion Sands Narina Lodge, in South Africa’s Kruger National Park, offers complete privacy and exquisite views of the Sabie River - making it the perfect place for a romantic getaway or honeymoon!
Favourite Client Story
I arranged a honeymoon getaway for one of my very first clients. They loved their trip and appreciated my help so much that they sent a hand-written letter via post once they arrived back home. It meant a lot that they had gone through the extra effort to send a physical note instead of a quick email – it’s something I’ll cherish forever!
