Set amidst the wild expanse of the Timbavati Game Reserve in South Africa's Greater Kruger region, Kambaku Safari Lodge offers a gateway to sightings of the rare white lion alongside common sightings of hippo and buffalo. You'll not only spot these animals from the privacy of your chalets' veranda overlooking a central watering hole but also on engaging bush walks.

Kambaku Safari Lodge is a family-centric African wilderness experience.     An experience of a lifetime! Again, I cannot say enough good things about Bryce, Nicola and their staff. This is a jewel that I truly feel will be tough to get a room in soon. They did everything right… great staff, fantastic safaris (we saw all of the big five in our 3 days there), and I cannot imagine a better guide than Bryce. His knowledge of the bush just blew us all away. The reserve felt massive and it seemed like every safari took us to a different area. The food was amazing and the setting was everything you'd expect from a lodge.
