Overview of Kanonkop House
A luxurious guesthouse situated on Kanonkop Hill above Knysna, Kanonkop House offers spectacular views of the lagoon and the iconic Knysna Heads. Ideally located near the centre of town, this well-appointed guesthouse is a perfect base from which to discover the surrounding area of the Garden Route. Return to your art-filled suite after a day of exploring and luxuriate on your private balcony or in your raised bathtub, perhaps sipping on a tipple from the Smeg mini-bar.
Explore Knysna’s forests on foot or by bicycle and see if you can spot any wildlife – the bird watching is superb. Embark on a sunset cruise of the lagoon or go shopping at the local markets and crafts shops – many are within easy walking distance of Kanonkop House and offer a variety of shopping experiences. Knysna is a rewarding destination for any golf enthusiast: book a round or two at the exquisite Pezula Championship course or Simola Country Club.
