Overview of Khwai Bush Camp
Khwai Bush Camp is an intimate safari camp surrounded by an enchanting forest of leadwood and sycamore trees within the private Tsaro Concession on the eastern border of the Moremi Game Reserve – one of Botswana’s richest game-viewing areas. Looking out on the banks of the Khwai River, this camp offers a very comfortable stay for those on a Botswana safari. Here you will find spacious thatched chalets with en suite bathrooms and lovely views over a permanent water source and yonder Moremi. This intimate camp is ideal for small groups or families who place a premium on privacy.
A clean-lined, contemporary design is complimented by touches of yester-year and blends harmoniously with the surrounding nature. In addition to game drives, Khwai Bush Camp offers night drives and guided walking safaris in the private concession – activities not usually permitted in the national reserve. Guests can look forward to tracking legendary wildlife including lion, cheetah, leopard, wild dog, elephant, buffalo, hippo and giraffe. The area’s various ecosystems are renowned for consistent wildlife encounters year-round.
