While I am sure there are many wonderful camps in Kenya, I was especially pleased that we stayed at the Kicheche camps. The accommodations, the staff, the food and especially the guides were outstanding. We spent a lot of time speaking with Andrew at the Kicheche Mara camp about the mission and aspirations of the Kicheche Camps. We were all very impressed with him and his representations of Kicheche. We will definitely refer this company to our friends.

The vehicles were great in fulfilling our photography goals. The guides were especially accommodating and knowledgeable about what we were seeking.

We liked the philosophy of the camp, whereby they try to employ local people, someone from each family, to spread the money around. They are also aware of their footprints on the land, as were other camps. Amboseli was great, too, and its staff particularly good.
