Kigali Serena's 148 rooms are divided into Standard Rooms, Superior Rooms, Deluxe Rooms, Prime Rooms, Executive Suites, Studio Suites and a Presidential Suite. All of these boast amenities like 24-hour room service, air conditioning, mini-bar, private safe and tea and coffee-making facilities.
The Standard Rooms offer comfort and style with either twin or king-sized beds. The rooms all have luxury en suite bathrooms equipped with both tub and shower.
The Superior Rooms are very similar to the Standard Rooms but offer added luxury and detail.
The Deluxe Room also offers twin beds or a king-sized bed, a luxurious bathroom with both tub and shower, and a working desk where you can plan the rest of your trip.
The Prime Room offers guests a truly personal experience with added space and thoughtful extras like a daily replenishment of designer toiletries, and slippers and bathrobes in the room.
The Studio Suite is ideal for those who want more than just a place to sleep. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and luxury bathroom with both tub and shower, but with an added integrated work space.
The Executive Suite is for those who enjoy added privacy and a place to read the paper or curl up with a book. Apart from the bedroom and en suite bathroom, this suite also offers an integrated work space and a separate sitting room, furnished with comfortable couches and chairs.
The single Presidential Suite at the hotel offers the ultimate in luxurious living and is reserved for the discerning traveller. This very large suite has a king-sized bed, luxury en suite bathroom with an added hot tub, and two en suite guest rooms for family or friends. There is also a private office, private conference room, private dining room, elegant sitting room, reception area and private vestibule entrance.
The Serena Maisha Spa is styled according to a Moorish theme and offers a gym, outdoor pool, and separate spa for men and women where you can enjoy a range of relaxing treatments and therapies.
The Executive Lounge is fully air-conditioned and offers an up-beat bar area, a more relaxed and intimate piano bar, and extensive couches and seats that overlook the pool. The large terrace and sundeck open up from the lounge and offer comfortable Mediterranean-style furniture and wide parasols.

Very nice modern business style hotel as expected, lovely rooms, great service, fabulous breakfast buffet! Particularly appreciated the night here when we returned from the gorilla trek to enjoy a bath and very comfy bed :o)
Nice hotel very close to the airport. We spent here just a few hours but we could relax and have a good dinner before departing.
