The wonderful facilities offered at Lemala Ewanjan ensure a comfortable safari experience. The mess tent offers separate living and dining areas with a central bar area and is beautifully decorated with leather sofas and chandeliers.

    I’m sure I won’t be able to express our joy properly. Our tent, the camp, the help, the staff, the chef.. absolutely 10/10. The manager and the assistant manager were paying attention and got me ‘pili pili’ so that I can eat spicy stuff. They made ‘papad’ which is as close as it can get home for me with food. The food was finger licking good. I honestly didn’t expect vegetarian food to be that good, in the middle of Serengeti. They too surprised us with dance and fun and cake for Raj.

    This experience was similar to Porini. The tents were wonderful and comfortable and the staff friendly and attentive. The food was excellent, especially when you consider that the kitchen is in a tent! The landscape was different to the Mara and Ngorongoro crater so it was a different wildlife experience again. The camp had a wonderful personal family feel and we had a lovely time, topped off by birthday cake, champagne and a dance by the staff on Nicole’s actual birthday. We had animals all around us, including some lions roaring at night and some giraffes that decided to join us for lunch.
