Puku Ridge’s communal lounge and dining section comprises a bar, restaurant, open-air deck and campfire area overlooking the wildlife-frequented watering hole. A chilled drink and warm fire on the deck pair well with an uninterrupted view of the South Luangwa plains. And, if you’re inclined to get closer, the hide situated below the deck allows you to watch as the elephants and zebras congregate at the water.

The chefs at Puku Ridge ensure that each dish is a colourful, fresh explosion of flavour and delectability. Heart and soul are poured into every meal served: vegetables are hand-picked from local markets outside the park, and herbs and spices are sourced from secret locations.
