Your journey begins at OR Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg, where you'll board a scheduled charter flight bound for Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport (KMIA) – the gateway to South Africa's most celebrated safari region. This short and scenic flight offers a hassle-free connection between the city and the bush, allowing you to maximise your time in the wilderness without the need for lengthy overland travel.

Upon arrival at KMIA, a representative will meet and assist you with your road transfer to Savanna Private Game Reserve Lodge, located in the western sector of the Sabi Sands Game Reserve. The drive offers your first glimpse of the Lowveld landscape, with its rolling hills, acacia-dotted plains, and growing sense of anticipation as you venture deeper into Big 5 territory.

Once at the lodge, you'll be warmly welcomed by the Savanna team and shown to your tented suite.
