Soulful Safari Reflection

During an educational “game drive” at Marataba Conservation Camps, we were told that we were instead on our way to participate in a rhino collaring experience – words cannot describe the excitement as we speedily drove to the site following a helicopter that had tracked the rhino and was circling overhead. I won’t go into detail but assisting and being so hands-on with was honestly one of the most profound and humbling experiences I have ever had the opportunity of participating in. 

My Best African Travel Advice

When embarking on journeys to new destinations, especially in Africa, the abundance of novel sights, scents, and encounters can be quite overwhelming. To fully appreciate and absorb each experience, make sure to allocate ample time to immerse yourself in the surroundings and savour every moment.
