Itinerary

Day to day

Today you will arrive at Johannesburg’s OR Tambo International Airport in South Africa from where you will catch a scheduled flight to Victoria Falls Airport in Zimbabwe. A shared road transfer will take you to Victoria Falls Hotel where you will spend the next two nights.

The hotel is situated close enough to the Falls to simply walk there, where you will discover why it was named a Natural World Wonder. But besides ‘the Smoke that Thunders’ (its traditional name), there are many exciting activities in the area to choose from: you could take a microlight flight over the falls, bungee jump from Victoria Falls Bridge or go white-water rafting on the Zambezi River. Other favourites include canoe safaris, elephant interactions, and game drives and guided walks in nearby national parks.

Finish the day with a tranquil boat cruise down the hippo-filled Zambezi River – the perfect opportunity to toast the African sunset with a cool drink in hand.
