Start your family adventure in Johannesburg and board your flight to the island paradise of Mauritius where your family will be met and transferred to Victoria Beachcomber Resort & Spa.
Time to relax: spend your days swimming and snorkelling in the clear waters of the Indian Ocean and lazing about on the white sandy beaches while your children are being taken care of at the Kids’ Club.
For those who want to be more active, there are plenty of land and water activities available including yoga, volleyball, wakeboarding and horse-riding. Rest and rejuvenate by indulging in a massage or spa treatment or two at the luxurious spa; then it is time to enjoy sundowner drinks on the beach and dine at one of the resort’s many restaurants.
This morning you board a flight back to Johannesburg for a night in this bustling city in South Africa. Relax at The Peech – a cosmopolitan and trendy hotel in the arty neighbourhood of Melrose – where you can view its photography exhibition, sample a few tipples in the champagne bar, have a tasting in the wine cellar and then head to a delectable dinner in the Bistro restaurant.
Wake up after your overnight in Johannesburg and fly to the Thornybush Private Game Reserve for three nights at luxurious Thornybush Game Lodge. This exclusive lodge offers an exceptional safari experience, where opulent accommodations, gourmet cuisine, and attentive service create an atmosphere of sheer indulgence.
During your time here you enjoy thrilling game drives and guided nature walks in search of big game and the diverse array of bird species. It is serious safari country and one of the best places in Southern Africa to see the Big 5.
