Londolozi Private Granite Suites offers an exclusive African safari experience in the heart of the Sabi Sands Private Game Reserve. With space for just 6 guests, the camp creates an intimate and unforgettable experience of Africa and her wild life. The camp is designed to emphasize volume, light and privacy, with large doors and windows opening out onto the river below, allowing the outdoors to merge with the elegant interiors.

Londolozi Private Granite Suites offers several opportunities for Big 5 game viewing. Experienced rangers and trackers will explore the surrounding wilderness with you on game drives as well as walking safaris. Bird watching is also excellent in the area, as well as the star-gazing after dinner. If you just want to spend some time relaxing at the camp, you can enjoy massages, yoga classes, or cool off in your own private plunge pool.

Private Suite

There are 3 suites at Londolozi Granite Suites, accommodating a maximum of 6 guests. The suites are decorated with an elegant and contemporary theme, using silver, grey and charcoal materials. Large windows and doors overlook the granite rocks and river below.

Each suite has a bedroom and separate lounge opening onto a wide wooden deck as well as a private plunge pool where you can escape the heat of the African sun. Situated on a deck below each suite is an indulgent outdoor bathtub, allowing you to bathe under the African sun or the shimmering moon while watching the river tumble past.

General Facilities

On the banks of the Sand River, with magnificent views over the granite boulders and the unique wild scenery, is the raised main lodge area.

Set under a high thatched ceiling is a beautifully decorated lounge area with a cozy fireplace and intimate dining area.

In front of the lodge is a large rim-flow pool built into the granite rocks, a refreshing place to watch the passing wildlife.

    Ahhh… and then Londolozi! We can not say enough about what an amazing camp it is and how great of a job the staff does. The game drives were outstanding and we saw the Big Five multiple times.

    I think Kruger was the best part of our honeymoon. Londolozi is a place we will never forget! And the staff was so nice and kind to us… our ranger was outstanding, we saw all the big five, and we made some walking safaris, lunch and dinner in the savannah… I don’t have words to describe how wonderful was our stay there. If only we could go back again!!

    The highlight of the trip was Londolozi. I just cannot say how wonderful the experience was from the moment we arrived and were met with champagne to our last game drive where we watched a family of 3 leopards who had killed and dragged an impala up a tree. The room was wonderful, the dinner venues changes each night – a boma the first night, a private lantern lit dinner on our deck the second, and a candle light group dinner set up the last night with the gum boot dancers added a very special touch. Every game drive we saw lots of animals with a very skilled tracker and a knowledgeable ranger. We will definitely come back to Londolozi, even as expensive as it was, it was well worth every penny.

    We were especially happy with Londolozi. They upgraded us to a Granite Suite, which was AMAZING. We saw the Varty room and nothing against Varty, but we were extremely grateful for the upgrade. The staff there is so unbelievable.

    Londolozi was an incredibly luxurious lodge, and definitely the highlight of the trip. The staff were very friendly, the food was delicious and the drives were spectacular thanks to our very knowledgeable ranger and tracker. Everything about the place was special and we will for sure be returning.
