Learn about this pristine watery wilderness as you stay in the secluded Footsteps Across the Delta Camp. Here you’ll have the opportunity to experience the heart of the Okavango Delta primarily on foot with experienced guides who share their generational knowledge of this World Heritage Site.
Next, travel to the Kalahari and spend your last days experiencing life on the Makgadikgadi Pans, and learning from the Kalahari Bushmen about their way of life. In addition to superb game viewing on game drives, the camp offers a range of activities unique to the region, including quad biking (ATV) or horseback riding across the vast salt pans, and a visit to the habituated meerkat den to observe their busy morning routine.

Day to day
Arrive in Maun today, where you’ll catch your charter flight to Okuti Lodge where you’ll spend the next two nights. Located in the beautiful Moremi Game Reserve, this luxury game lodge offers spacious family rooms in a secluded section of the park.
The wide range of fun activities at Okuti offers entertainment to adventurers of all ages, making it the perfect base for a family holiday. Enjoy 4×4 safaris to search for wildlife in the reserve or go on a motor-boat excursion on Moremi’s waterways. You and your family can also try your hand at fishing, or escape the heat of the African sun in the large swimming pool.
Relax and tell stories around the campfire at night after enjoying a delicious meal. Children under seven can be specially catered for on request.
Leave Okuti behind and fly directly to Footsteps Across the Delta, situated within the incredible Okavango Delta, for a two-night stay. Footsteps is a secluded tented camp boasting beautiful views, amazing wildlife and an on-the-ground Delta experience.
Indulge in a range of fun activities; explore the Delta and learn more about the animals and plants of the area. Children are especially well catered for, with a range of exciting activities.
Today you will fly back to Maun and transfer to your flight to the Camp Kalahari airstrip, where you’ll be met on arrival and accompanied to your accommodation for the following three nights. Camp Kalahari is situated within a private concession that borders the Makgadikgadi Pans, and promises a different yet equally thrilling wilderness adventure.
Go on exhilarating quad bike rides through the vast Central Kalahari and make friends with the resident meerkats. Enjoy insightful guided walks with the Kalahari Bushmen and learn about their fascinating culture and their secrets to surviving on these vast and arid plains.
Your thrilling family adventure comes to an end today as you fly back to Maun, where you’ll connect with you ongoing travel arrangements.
