Check in to your flight at Victoria Falls International Airport for your small plane transfer to Mana Pools airstrip, where you will be met by your guide for the drive to camp. Arrive at Nyamatusi Tented Camp to a warm welcome by the staff and a fresh beverage.

Before settling into your spacious, river-facing suite, you'll have a moment to relax in the lounge as you are briefed on the lodge and your stay. This is the perfect moment to take a deep breath as you take in the peaceful African riverine setting and feel the weight lift off your shoulders.

Located close to the meandering Zambezi River which nourishes the lush surroundings, Nyamatusi opens its doors seasonally from April to November. This means that the animals in this area are free from human contact for up to six months of the year, creating truly raw encounters in season. Spot wildlife on walking safaris, game drives and even on canoeing safaris. Fishing and birding are also great activities to take in the surrounds at a relaxed pace.

On day four, after a last beautiful morning at Nyamatusi, it's back to Mana Pools main airstrip for the flight over to Bumi Hills Airport and the next stop on your itinerary. Spend the next three nights at Bumi Hills Safari Lodge.

This exquisite lodge is perched in the secluded hills that encompass the vast Lake Kariba, offering unrivalled views of the Zambezi Escarpment. Your days can be filled with lakeside birdwatching, leisurely boat cruises, or even tiger fishing adventures. With Matusadona National Park in close reach, enjoy game drives where you can encounter the diverse wildlife, from majestic rhinos and elephants to the famed Matusadona lion prides.

When you feel like a slower afternoon at the lodge, take a book and beverage to a comfortable lounger and bask in the tranquillity of the enchanting infinity pool. From the water's edge, you can lose yourself in the paradise of this landscape until the golden glow of the sunset takes centre stage.
