Mara Bushtops – the creme de la creme. Absolutely 5-star, I will forever be talking about what an amazing resort it is. Unequivocally the best game guide – knowledge and ability to find the animals – just incredible. The food was 5-star, service was perfect. So much so that I had run out of US$ for gratuities by the time we got there, and without an ATM in sight, the manager, Lawrence and I spent significant time using an app (Sendwave) to get money to him for tip disbursement. I finally got it settled when I got back to Canada – I could not possibly have not tipped this wonderful staff.

Mara Bushtops Camp was our favorite safari lodge. Everything was more than perfect. The food was amazing, the lodge was lovely and we even had a private jacuzzi. The spa is the most amazing spa I have ever been… you were able to look at zebras and giraffes from the pool! The staff were fantastic and they made our stay so wonderful. The organized private bush breakfast for us, private romantic dinners. From the moment we arrived and until the moment of leaving, we were filled with jaw dropping moments. And the balloon safari? We don't even have words to describe how amazing this experience was! The views, the adrenaline…. everything was great!

This tented camp is enormously popular with those wanting great wildlife, absolute luxury and great service. With guided walks, day and night game drives and sunset drinks on offer all your wildlife requirements will be met. This camp has a reputation of having some of the best service in the region, camp staff and guides alike get rave reviews. The tents with their sweeping views over the bush, outdoor tubs and sheer size make for a luxurious retreat.
