Your safari takes you to two of Kenya's most renowned wildlife destinations: Ol Pejeta Conservancy and the Masai Mara. From tracking rhinos and spotting the Big Five in Ol Pejeta's unspoiled wilderness to witnessing the Wildebeest Migration or enjoying incredible wildlife sightings in the Masai Mara, each day delivers unmatched experiences. Guided bush walks, cultural visits, and optional hot-air balloon safaris add even more magic to your journey.
Conclude your adventure on Diani Beach, where Alfajiri Beach Villa offers a private haven along the turquoise Indian Ocean. Have a go at water sports, explore vibrant coral reefs, or simply bask in the luxury of your surroundings. This tour is perfect for couples, families, and wildlife enthusiasts seeking the best of Kenya's iconic safari and coastal charm.
When you book this safari Go2Africa will donate $5 to the Wildlife Tourism College of Maasai Mara to support the annual sponsorship of two students.
Arrive in Nairobi and meet your driver just outside the arrivals terminal for your transfer to the tranquil, leafy suburb of Karen. Here, you'll spend two nights at Manzili House, a luxurious boutique hotel inspired by the Swahili architecture of Lamu Island. This serene retreat features spacious rooms, lush gardens, a sparkling pool, and rooftop dining, creating the perfect space to unwind and recharge.
Your Nairobi safari begins the following morning when your guide takes you to the nearby Sheldrick Wildlife Trust elephant orphanage. Join the daily tour to meet the young, orphaned elephants, interact with their devoted caretakers, and learn about the Trust's incredible work rehabilitating and reintroducing elephants into the wild.
After your morning with the elephants, head to the Giraffe Centre to meet the endangered Rothschild giraffes, found only in East Africa. Learn about their conservation efforts at the information centre, hand-feed these gentle giants from the tall platform, and take a nature walk near the Gogo River, keeping an eye out for the resident warthog family. End your visit with refreshments at the Tea House before returning to Manzili House for a refreshing swim, relaxing sundowners, and a peaceful night's rest—ready for your safari adventure to begin the next day.

Sanctuary Tambarare is really amazing. We had our best guide there, Anthony. The food there was excellent and the staff were fantastic. I can’t recommend it highly enough!
On your second morning in Nairobi, enjoy breakfast before meeting your driver for a transfer to Wilson Airport. Here, you'll board a scenic light aircraft flight to Laikipia's Kamok Airstrip, where your guide will be waiting to welcome you and drive you to your base for the next three nights, Sanctuary Tambarare.
Nestled among graceful fever trees at the foot of Mount Kenya, Sanctuary Tambarare offers sweeping views of the Ol Pejeta Conservancy, a pristine 90,000-acre haven for wildlife. This tranquil retreat provides a front-row seat to one of Kenya's most remarkable landscapes and conservation success stories.
Unforgettable experiences await you here: tracking rhinos with expert guides, riding horses alongside rare species like Grevy's zebra and Jackson's hartebeest and encountering the Big Five on game drives. For a more intimate connection with the wilderness, take a guided bush walk or visit the resident hippos along the Ewaso Nyiro River. Active travellers can try a cycling safari, tackle a 5–7 km trail run, or join a fitness class. For those interested in culture, meaningful community interactions provide insight into the lives of the people who call the Ol Pejeta area home.

Olonana was beautiful. It has been completely remodeled in the past few months. The location of the rooms right on the river is awesome. They don’t have screens in the bedroom area so you can’t really leave the doors open for air. Not an issue for us except it got a little stuffy at times. They are talking about putting in air conditioning.
After a final morning soaking in the views of Ol Pejeta, you'll head back to the airstrip for your flight to the iconic Masai Mara, where the next three nights will be spent at Sanctuary Olonana, enjoying some of Africa's most classic safari scenes.
On a lush private stretch of the Mara River, Sanctuary Olonana is an intimate haven in Kenya's iconic Masai Mara National Reserve. The prime location places you at the centre of the action, especially during the Wildebeest Migration (July to October), when scores of animals cross the river, braving predators and currents in their quest for greener pastures—an unforgettable wildlife spectacle.
Outside of migration season, the Masai Mara teems with resident wildlife, including incredible Big Five encounters. Daily game drives and bush walks allow for close-up experiences, while cultural visits to Maasai villages offer fascinating insights into the traditions of this iconic community. For a truly unique perspective, take to the skies on a hot-air balloon safari and marvel at the sweeping vistas of the landscape as you float above the wildlife below.
