5 Day Comfortable Serengeti Safari
The Serengeti National Park, spanning an awe-inspiring 14,750 square kilometres (5,700 square miles), is a land of untamed beauty and timeless wonder. As a UNESCO World Heritage Site, this immense wilderness is home to one of the most diverse ecosystems on Earth. Its sweeping golden plains, scattered acacia woodlands, and ancient rocky kopjes create a breathtaking backdrop for unforgettable wildlife encounters. A Serengeti safari is synonymous with the Great Migration, where millions of wildebeest and zebra journey in a life-or-death struggle that defines the rhythm of Africa’s heart.
On this 5-day comfortable Serengeti safari tour, you'll stay at Kaskaz Mara Camp in the serene northern Serengeti. Nestled near the Mara River, this exclusive camp places you in the heart of the action during migration season, where herds battle powerful currents and predators lurk in the shadows. Yet, the Serengeti's magic extends far beyond these dramatic crossings. Every sunrise and sunset reveals a new story: lions lounging in the grass, elephants ambling along ancient pathways, and cheetahs sprinting through the open savannah.
This 5-day comfortable Serengeti safari tour is not only about wildlife but also about connection—both to nature and local culture. Guided by expert rangers, you'll traverse the Serengeti's vast landscapes on early morning game drives, enjoy tranquil bush picnics, and share the vibrant traditions of the Maasai people during visits to their communities. With its unrivalled natural beauty and rich cultural heritage, the Serengeti offers a profoundly moving experience that will stay with you forever.
When you book this safari Go2Africa will donate $5 to the VETA Hotel and Tourism Training Institute to support the annual sponsorship of two students.
I did want to let you know that the Nasikia Kaskaz Mara Camp (Serengeti) was amazing – definitely our favorite part of the trip. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the food was the best we had on our trip and the guides we had (one was in training) were amazing. I knew we would be able to see animals, but they made the experience so much more than that. My son, Kyle, is also a bird watcher and the guide we had, Iddy, was beyond helpful in finding birds for us to see and being able to identify them. He could also remember which ones we had seen already and which were new to us (we saw over 100). I know not everyone would be interested in birds, but he made sure we saw wh...

I know not everyone would be interested in birds, but he made sure we saw what interested us. We also saw so many mammals, lions eating their kill, baby leopards and lions, etc. Both guides picked up on our sense of humor and joined in our fun.
Also, Iddy (our guide), arranged for us to meet and have our photo taken with a Maasai group that was there for another couple’s renewal of vows ceremony. I had mentioned to him that I read an autobiography of a Maasi Warrior and was very interested in that culture, so he took it upon himself to set this up for us.
Basically, at that camp, I felt like they went out of their way to understand what was important to us and then did everything they could to provide it.
After a final morning game drive, bid farewell to the Serengeti’s breathtaking landscapes. Following a hearty breakfast at the camp, you’ll transfer to the airstrip for your return flight to Arusha airport, carrying with you unforgettable memories of Serengeti's wildlife and the people who live in harmony with them.
