After breakfast at Rivertrees, a driver will collect you. This will be your driver guide and vehicle for the next three days.

After breakfast, you will say goodbye to your driver guide at Lake Manyara Airstrip and board a charter flight to Seronera Airstrip, continuing on to Rubondo. Upon arrival, you'll be taken to your next accommodation, Rubondo Island Camp, nestled along the shores of Lake Victoria. Here, you’ll be immersed in a unique jungle island experience.

Rubondo Island Camp, with its strong conservation ethos, uses sustainable materials and locally-sourced building supplies. Your thatched Banda, equipped with showers and flush toilets, has expansive views of the lake. .

Over the coming days, you'll explore the island and trek to see the resident chimpanzees, part of a successful conservation initiative since the 1960s. You'll also embark on a full-day Positive Impact experience to learn about the inspiring history of the island’s chimpanzee rewilding project.

The island offers a host of activities that include guided nature walks, safari-style game drives and floating serenely on calm waters in a traditional dhow. Leisure hours are spent in utter relaxation, reclining poolside, or retreating to your private veranda with a chilled bottle of wine being serenaded by the sounds of the forest.

After your final breakfast overlooking Lake Victoria, you will catch a charter flight to the famed Serengeti. Upon arrival, you will be whisked away to your next accommodation, Ubuntu Migration Camp. Nestled in the heart of one of nature's grandest spectacles, the Great Migration, Ubuntu Migration Camp immerses you in the captivating rhythms of this remarkable phenomenon.

The camp relocates twice a year, spending several months in the northern Serengeti before migrating to the southern section, closely following the herds. Your safari tent, equipped with showers and flush toilets, provides a comfortable connection to the untamed wilderness, offering an authentic African escape.

Over the next few days, you will embark on explorations in pursuit of some of the most exceptional game viewing opportunities in Africa. Vast grasslands, endless savannahs, riverine forests, and woodlands set the stage for unforgettable encounters with iconic wildlife, including the elusive leopard, majestic lion, and swift cheetah – the coveted big cats of Africa. As the sun sets, you will return to camp, where you can relish a delicious dinner and share the day's adventures in true African fashion, gathered around a crackling fire.
