On your arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi, you will take a short charter flight from Wilson airstrip to Kamtok airstrip and be transferred to Ol Pejeta Bush Camp. This conservancy is home to the largest black rhino population in East Africa, providing unique opportunities for your family to learn about wildlife conservation. During your stay, embark on family-friendly game drives and track endangered species like rhinos. Ol Pejeta also offers hands-on learning experiences at its educational centre, where kids can engage in conservation projects and get involved in guided bush walks.

Encounter Mara is a very well run Asilia camp where the staff are delightfully friendly, their English is good and jokes are witty. They have a cosey main area with a simple but tasteful contemporary safari look that is carried on throughout the lodge with most areas being directly on the ground and not on raised decking. They also had a little shop, a mess area, firepit, 10 tents (including 2 x family & 2 x triples) and an outdoor viewing deck where we were served a very tasty lunch.
We got to enjoy game drives with the camp guide and were very happy with the quality of guiding and his knowledge. In the evening, we had a communal dinner with everyone at the camp and celebrat...

A short flight takes you back to Wilson Airstrip for your charter flight to Olseki Airstrip and on to Encounter Mara in the private Naboisho Conservancy, bordering the Masai Mara. Encounter Mara offers intimate game viewing experiences away from the crowds, with plenty of opportunities to see iconic wildlife such as lions, elephants, and giraffes. Family tents provide comfortable lodging, and child-friendly guides ensure your family has a personalised safari experience. The camp also offers cultural visits to nearby Maasai villages, where families can learn about traditional ways of life and interact with Maasai children.

The resort's location along the pristine white sands offers endless opportunities for relaxation and adventure. Your family can participate in water-based activities like snorkelling, kayaking, and boat excursions, or simply unwind by the pool.
